Q: HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?
A: We use USPS to ship all of items. All items are shipped Priority Mail.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
A: Depending on when you placed your order, your order will be shipped on the corresponding shipping day. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. Please visit our shipping policy page for more information.
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.
Q: I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: Pleas contact your local post office and provide the shipping number that was provided to you at checkout. If after contacting USPS and you still need assistance locating your order, please feel free to contact us at info@trendsettercollections.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Q: I FORGOT TO ENTER IN MY APARTMENT/FLOOR/UNIT NUMBER.
A: Please send an email immediately to info@trendsettercollections.com with your updated information.
Q: HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
A: Unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel an order as orders are processed the same day. If you purchased the wrong color or size, please contact us at info@trendsettercollections.com. However, we cannot promise that your error will be corrected.
Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: In the event that the item you received is damaged, please send us an email at info@trendsettercollections.com and provide photos of the damaged item. Once inspected, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back.
Q: I NO LONGER WANT THE ITEM(S) I PURCHASED, HOW CAN I RECEIEVE A REFUND?
A: Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds, however, items can be returned for a store credit only. Please visit our return policy page for more details.
