SHIPPING & RETURNS
How are items shipped?
We use USPS to ship all of items. All items are shipped Priority Mail.
When will I receive my items?
Depending on when you placed your order, your order will be shipped on the corresponding shipping day. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. Please visit our shipping policy page for more information.
When will my preorder ship?
All preorders for The Intro Set ship early Fall 2025 (ETA: Sept–Oct). You'll get tracking when your set ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Please contact your local post office and provide the shipping number that was provided to you at checkout. If after contacting USPS and you still need assistance locating your order, please feel free to contact us at info@trendsettercollections.com and we will be happy to assist you.
I forgot to enter my apartment/floor/unit number
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make any changes to the shipping address. Please double-check that your full address is correct before placing your order — including apartment, unit, or floor numbers.
If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, we’ll notify you by email. You will be responsible for reshipping fees to have it sent again.
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel an order as orders are processed the same day. If you purchased the wrong color or size, please contact us at info@trendsettercollections.com. However, we cannot promise that your error will be corrected.
I received a damage item, what should I do?
In the event that the item you received is damaged, please send us an email at info@trendsettercollections.com and provide photos of the damaged item. Once inspected, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back.
I no longer want the item(s) I purchased. How can I receive a refund?
We do not offer refunds at this time. However, eligible items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

SIZING & FITTING
How do I know what size to order? (link to size chart)
We recommend using our Size Chart to find your best fit. Be sure to measure your bust, waist, and hips — and compare them to the chart for the most accurate sizing.

Are your pieces tall-girl friendly?
Yes! Our loungewear is designed with taller bodies in mind — including 35–36 inch inseams for pants and elongated proportions for comfort and coverage. Whether you’re 5’7” or 6’0+, our sets are made to flatter your frame without feeling short or cropped.
What if I'm between sizes?
If you’re in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit — especially in our sweatsuits and sets. Many customers prefer a looser, oversized feel for comfort and styling flexibility. Still unsure? Send us your measurements at info@trendsettercollections.com and we’ll guide you!



STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES
How do I use my store credit?
Your store credit will be sent to you via email as a digital gift card. At checkout, simply paste the gift card code in the “Gift card or discount code” field.
Your credit never expires and can be used toward any available item.
Can I exchange for a different product or just size?
You can exchange for either — a different size in the same product or a completely different item. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a store credit so you can shop what you want next.
Do you offer free exchanges?
Return shipping is not free, but we give you options:

- Or we can provide a prepaid label and
Once your return is received, your new item will ship at no additional cost.
