All orders from Trendsetter Collections are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We strive to process orders the same day they are received, with shipments going out on a set weekly schedule.

📦 Processing & Shipping Schedule

• Orders are processed same day (excluding holidays)
• Shipping Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays only
• Orders placed after 5 PM (EST) on weekdays will ship on the next shipping day
• Orders placed on weekends will ship on Tuesday

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

Please allow 3–5 business days (excluding holidays) from the ship date for delivery. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

🚫 Important Shipping Notes

• Trendsetter Collections is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped
• We do not replace or refund orders marked as delivered by USPS
• Ensure your shipping address is correct, including:
  • Apartment / Floor / Unit numbers
  • Spelling, number accuracy, and ZIP codes

Once your order is processed, shipping details cannot be changed.
