Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you. Please review the details below before submitting a return or exchange request.
🔁 Returns (Store Credit Only)
We do not offer refunds. Returns are accepted within 7 days of your delivery date for store credit only.
- Store credit will be issued for the total paid, minus original shipping cost
- You will receive your store credit within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your item(s)
- All returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
In their original packaging with tags attached
🚚 Return Shipping Options
You have two options for sending back your return:
- Use your own label: Ship to the address provided in the Returns Portal.
- Use our return label: We’ll email you a prepaid label and deduct the shipping fee from your store credit (flat rate: $6.95)
Start your return through our Returns Portal to choose your preferred method.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 business days of your delivery date. Items must meet the same return requirements listed above.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit so you can select a different item.
🚫 Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Discounted or clearance items
- Bodysuits
- Headwear
- Free gifts
📦 Return Address
Return instructions and address will be provided in your Returns Portal confirmation email.
