All Trendsetter Collections orders are shipped via USPS priority shipping. Orders are processed same day. Shipment days are Tuesday and Thursday. All orders placed after 5pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the following shipping day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Tuesday. Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to arrive. Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Returns are excepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date. We currently do not offer refunds on any items. The store credit amount will be the total of your order minus shipping cost. You can expect a store credit 5 days after items have been inspected. Exchanges can be made up to 7 business days from receipt of purchase.
